All LLCs must have an agent for service of process to receive legal papers in the event your company is sued. The agent can be you, Framework, or another individual or registered agent in California.

For each owner, list the following: (1) Name (2) Percentage of ownership (3) Are they a Manager? Who will manage the LLC? If you have or anticipate having silent owners who don't manage the company, select one of the first two options.
Having a CEO is optional. If you are the sole owner, you can be the CEO. If there are multiple owners, designating a CEO can help designate certain management powers to the CEO.
